How long will it take to get my images after the session?
High-quality JPEGS of your sessions are delievered within 48hrs of the shoot, through our online drive that's accessible from all smart devices.
After selecting your favourite portraits, return the four digits numbers associated with the images for editing.
The finals will be returned within 2 to 3weeks.
How many times can I reschedule my shoot?
Life happens, so we offer our clients the option of a one-time rescheduling option, if the new date requested for is available.
Are The Studio Rental Fee's Included in Portrait sessions?
Yes, studio fees are now included in our packages. We will select the studio the fits your vision based on what is discussed during our consultation.
However client must pay for any extra charges if they desire an expensive space that's outside of the budget or is late for their session which us requires to rescheduled.
Can I extend My portrait session on the day of the shoot?
If we are in a position to do so! Portrait sessions can definitely be extended when shooting outdoors. However In-studio sessions may prove difficult due to their back-to-back booking.
We are very aware of all the unforeseeable situations that take place during production. This is we often ask clients to book an extra hour to avoid any disappointment.
When Can I Cancel?
Cancellation notice must be submitted through email, in no less than 7 business days.
Anytime after that will result is a complete cancellation of your session. Deposits are non-refundable.
Are packages negotiable?
Our packages are not negotiable. But we can build you a customized package based on your needs.
When Should I book My Maternity Session?
Every woman's body is different and whether you're a new mom or not pregnancy can be tricky. It is advisable to book your session in the 7th month of the pregnancy.
Do you shoot destination weddings?
Yes we do. Contact us for more information.
What should I wear to my engagement/family session?
The most important thing is that you’re comfortable. Wear what you feel good in, as that will usually show through in the photos. Clothes with texture and colour are great – think about what would look interesting, and try to co-ordinate styles a bit if you’re doing a couple or family shoot. You don’t have to wear matching colours, but co-ordinate outfits that compliment each other.
Depending on what kind of shoot it is, we may need to budget time for wardrobe or location changes, which are absolutely welcomed.
Consider the weather during your shoot date, and make sure you’ll be cool or warm enough in whatever you wear. (Very important)
How Long In advance should we book our wedding photographer?
I’d say 6 months in advance is good for an engagement to ensure availability.
For family & birthday sessions, a month in advance may sometimes work, especially during ‘off-season’/colder months.
For weddings, you’ll want to book further in advance – most couples book a year in advance to help ensure their date is secured. Other couples also book a year and a half in advance!

Will there be a second shooter?
Two heads are better than one. If your package includes a second shooter or the project at hand requires it, there definitely will be one
Second shooters are vital, especially for wedding ceremonies. They are like the second eyes of the main photographer and help collect more candid moments of the special day.
Do I have to order photo prints through you?
That's optional. Some clients prefer to print and build their own album. But we are more than happy to include print services for an extra charge.
Do you have backup gear when shooting weddings?
Yes, of course. I carry two cameras with me, several lenses, backup batteries, chargers and memory cards, to ensure we are secured if something goes wrong with one of the cards.
After your wedding, I also backup your photos onto at least two hard drives as I’m editing them.
I understand how special and fleeting these moments are and I take great precautions to ensure your photos are safe.
How long does it take to get back my wedding photos?
Engagement & Family sessions are delivered within 3 weeks.
Weddings will take longer as there are many more photos to sift through, select the best & edit – typically the turnaround time will be within 4-8 weeks for weddings (might be a bit shorter, or a bit longer).
Don’t worry, though – I’ll share some sneak peek photos as I edit.
How Long do i have to return my selected images for Free editing?
Life happens and some folks just like to take their time with selecting their best shots. So you can take up to a week to a month to return your images for post-production.
Anything longer than that will result in extra charges as it interrupts us from servicing other clients.
How many wedding photos do we get?
Selecting from the best shots on a downloadable web gallery or USB, Digital drive – I’ll provide between 200 to 400 images. Email me for more details!

How much should we expect to invest?
